Already have my ticket. Just need to find a PA because this year broke mine. 😢
I plan to avoid medical centres and being run over by buggies next year! 🤦♀️
I am ancient/vintage/veteran enough to remember how awesome Download family can be on site, not just access camp, but Gen Pop and staff too.
I am determined with to get Download back again because that starts from the top down. When the staff treat us with respect, and the music booked attracts real Downloaders ... We get our Download family atmosphere back again and we will be safe, cared for, part of the extended family, rather than an inconvenience to be tolerated. 🖤
Musically, I'm eclectic. From 70s glam and punk, 80s goth, new romantic, and hair metal, with pop punk, emo, death metal, Irish folk and Abba. Next few gigs include Suzi Quatro, Bullet for my Valentine, Apocalyptica, and Adam Ant. 🤣
Outside music, I sew, or I would do if I could get to my sewing room through the 65 crates of fabric I bought because ... Reasons. Fabric collecting and making things with fabric are two completely different hobbies apparently 🤦♀️
I'm Welsh. Extremely proud of being Welsh. Taught Welsh for decades before medically retiring. Specialised in additional learning needs with a Masters because I'm also ND and hated the fact that ND pupils were still being overlooked 30 years after it happened to me. Currently doing a psychology degree for fun.
I have a ridiculous dragon collection. Triple figures and still collecting. You cannot have too many dragons, just not enough house. I'm ok on that score so far. 🤣
