Less of a suggestion, more of a complaint:
In previous years, getting a car onto site to unload on the Wednesday, and then for teardown on the Monday was a simple affair.
However with 2024's festival, a lot of new rules were introduced, which massively slowed down everyone getting onto camp - this isn't needed and the result was campers ending up sat in their cars for 3-5 hours waiting in a queue.
Additionally, we were initially instructed that driving right to pitch was verboten, and were forced to haul all the equipment across a 50+ metre distance to where we were instructed to camp.
When we enquired about just camping at the end of a row the closest to the track to prevent the need for this effort, we were told that we'd have to wait until the spaces leading up to it were filled, and then we could camp there. This is nonsense.
To add insult to injury, roughly 1 minute after we'd managed to get all the equipment from the car and trailer to the pitch, which took roughly 1.5 hours, everyone was then driving on anyway due to the sheer number of complaints received according to a member of staff.
The actions of the Access Team on this occasion are a direct breach of the Equality Act, as they put in place a policy that directly made the lives of many disabled customers needlessly more difficult.
